Barcelona released their new kit for the 2019-20 season in June 2019, and it featured blocks instead of the traditional stripes. It reminded many fans of Croatia’s kits, who’ve had similar block-pattern shirts for years. In this graphic, Barcelona’s Croatian star Ivan Rakitic is featured, but main sponsor Rakuten was jokingly hanged to his name, Rakitic.
